Our firm was founded by Anna Panayiotou, an advocate admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association with extensive experience advising international clients. Together with Maria Kazamia, our property law specialist, and Xenia Nekhotsa, our Legal Administrator, we form a dedicated team that places our clients' needs and expectations at the centre of everything we do.

Our service covers constitution drafting, registration with the Registrar of Companies, tax registration, bank account opening and ongoing administration.
Tax Planning and Compliance: Cyprus offers numerous tax advantages – from the low corporate tax rate (12.5%) to the participation exemption and Non-Dom status to the IP Box regime (effective tax rate of approximately 2.5%).
